Charlie Kirk - My thoughts on his shooting and the inhumane reactions of his enemies (in remembrance of Charlie Kirk)

I only came to know about Charlie Kirk on the day when he was shot, My Dad rushed up to me as I was sitting and surfing the internet in the morning on my laptop here in India and told me about a very famous person in the US who was shot for his views and he asked me who it was. Quickly, I came to know that it was about a person named Charlie Kirk and I got to watch some of his other videos showcasing his Christian and political views that gave me a peek into his views and he gained my respect and honour pretty quickly because he represents and embodies the values that I as a Christian stand for unapologetically and zealously and yet he was killed on the very day I came to know about him and I felt it as a personal loss, I did not know how to process this but I did feel the pain of losing a brother in Christ. I had the chance to watch a video between him and Ridvan Ayedmir - a Turkish apostate of Islam known by his Youtube channel called Apostate Prophet who had actually attended an interview with Charlie on his past as a Muslim, on Islam and its agenda for the West for which there is an unlikely alliance between the LGBTQIA+ community and Islam in the West which also explains their open support for Palestine against Israel especially in university campuses in the US, something they do without having the slightest idea about how Islam views homosexuality and homosexuals in general or what the capital punishment for homosexuality is in Islam which is carried out in both Shi'a Iran and in Sunni countries like Saudi Arabia among others, whereas Evangelical Christians like Kirk and I, besides others like myself merely disagree with their lifestyle and wokism without supporting or calling for their deaths as Jesus never taught to kill anyone, yet the West's leftists have a greater problem with Christianity than with Islam which defies logic and common sense.

Initially, I thought that Charlie was the target of an Islamic terrorist attack because of his views against Islam which I share with him but as time passed, I realised over time that the attack was a leftist-motivated attack that is more tied up with Charlie's views in favour of traditional Christian beliefs on family and marriages being the union between 1 man and 1 woman as per the Bible which Charlie represented and advocated in college campuses across the US for which he was targeted and assassinated. It is my strong belief and conviction that much of the West's values of freedom of speech, expression, publication, Women's rights, Children's rights etc, stem from the Bible. However, the political left in the West is pushing for the implementation of views that are contrary to the Biblical foundations on which the US was built as a nation and here is my reasoning. How are gay rights and LGBTQ rights far more important than the Basic Human Right to Life and Freedom of Speech? - Charlie Kirk was killed for the basic human rights of freedom to live and share his views with people openly while he never killed anyone nor did he abet his followers and his fans to kill anyone for their beliefs. The political Left in the West and its supporters have just proven through their support of Charlie's death that anyone holding views in favour of Gay or LGBTQ rights is an enemy of Freedom of Speech and Expression and the Basic Human Right to Life by assassinating Charlie.

The right to speak and voice one's beliefs, thoughts and opinions is what makes us different from lower creatures because we have these values that mainly stem from the Christian worldview but also from the Greeks and Romans who never had fanciful, newfangled constructs to silence critics of certain protected groups like "hate speech" because "Free speech" for the Greeks and Romans entails the right to disagree and even criticise the views of any group, religion or worldview, however marginalised or downtrodden they made themselves to appear to be in the eyes of their speakers in order to seek to get a carte blanche to avoid being disagreed with as it would lead to "hurt feelings" of a specific protected group. This model was further reinforced and was carried over a second time to the European mainland when the Ottoman Turks conquered much of Eastern Europe forcing the Greeks and the Romans and their advanced ideas of the concepts of free speech to move westwards towards countries like Germany, Italy, France, Spain, Portugal and England which further added cultural enrichment to these countries called the "Renaissance".

The Founding Fathers of the US like George Washington, Thomas Jefferson, Benjamin Franklin et al, who were very devout Christians felt that the same values must be enshrined in the Constitution of the United States of America and protected for all to enjoy, cherish and benefit from. The Founding Fathers of the US being devout Christians never included clauses in Free speech like "Hate speech" to curtail the liberty of any individual or group who dared to differ in views from any group including themselves. If the same Founding Fathers of the US Constitution were to be alive in our day and age, the West's leftists would label them Nazis, fascists, bigots, racists, xenophobes or islamophobes. Those who laid the foundations of the US Constitution would have faced the same fate in the hands of the West's leftists as Charlie Kirk did - something that goes to prove beyond a shadow of a doubt that the West's leftists are not just opposed to the foundational values of Freedom of Speech and Expression because "Hate Speech" and "Freedom of Speech" are diametrically opposed to each other, as there can be no Free Speech if Hate Speech is to be considered as a part of Freedom of Speech to protect the interests of certain groups that deem themselves above any criticism or dissent from their views and get away with it while labelling, slandering and vilifying their opponents which is actual hate speech if such a term were to exist because the death of Kirk at the hand of a leftist who did not have firm convictions from the right wing background he was from and hence broke away to become a leftist (when he decided to marry a transgender who being a male wanted to become a female) in stark opposition to his family members leading to him assassinating Kirk shows the outcome of the incitement to hatred from Leftists that led to Kirk being shot. All that glitters is not gold as the saying goes, all who cry about being marginalised for their lifestyle to gain entitlement to protection from the masses and then use that privileged status to vilify their opponents as "haters" or "those who deserve to die" are surely not angels - something that becomes even more blindingly obvious all over social media platforms where they justify Charlie's death/celebrate/laugh like demons and sometimes even take his own quotes while misrepresenting them to denigrate him shows a side of humanity that makes us wonder whether these are humans or demon-possessed people who take pleasure in a person's death for simply sticking to his guns on various social issues without harming anyone let alone incited harm against others.

The US is touted and praised by many as the "Land of the Free and Home of the Brave" and part of being free is to encourage and not stand in the way of free speech, let alone kill anyone who disagrees with any privileged group that deifies its feelings to the point of hating and vilifying its enemies and then weaponises its special protected status which it gained by garnering sympathy from certain segments of the US' population to vent ire and hate against those who truly embody the very values that make the US what its founders envisioned it to be, all of whom were devout Christians hence they fought to uphold the very liberties that are downtrodden by the forces of evil in this very moment of Charlie's passing. Calling those who differ with the Leftists "Nazis and fascists" is a leftist delusion because Nazis and fascists would never sit down for a civil discussion or debate with those who disagreed with them but would kill them outright-something Charlie never agreed with. Charlie was not just a champion of his Christian worldview and convictions but also a champion of free speech, therefore his assassination has sounded the death knell of free speech in the US, unless both Americans and all those who support free speech around the world stood up and said "No more!". Legal provisions should be made around the world in every country that values freedom and democracy that any online support or open call to murder anyone as a reward for them merely standing up for their beliefs, should be thoroughly outlawed and must as such be deemed a criminal offence leading to severe punishment for those involved as taking sides with the killer is not just being insensitive to the victim's family's loss but is also an incitement to violence in and of itself against those who hold the views of the victim. Only then can we preserve the Freedom of Speech, Expression and Publication as well as the Right to Live (with no fear of death) and also do justice to Charlie's memory as well as those great men of old who strove to uphold those rights in the US and around the world in the past as this is the kind of world that we would like to leave behind for posterity- one in which all can share their views openly without fear of death from any group. RIP, my brother in Christ, Charlie. Till we meet again in Christ my brother!
